The Centre assists start-ups and established SMEs enhance their capabilities through the provision of value-added services such as business & productivity advisory, business diagnostic assessment and capability workshops.
Backed by a diverse and rapidly-expanding PSF Chamber of Commerce and Services membership, SME Centre acts as an ideal platform for networking and developing business contacts. It also plays an instrumental role in organising regular workshops, thereby enabling its members, clients and partners to participate in forums that provide business knowledge and key insights.
The Centre conducts relevant training sessions to enable companies enhance their core competitiveness. It focuses on such areas as brand development, marketing, cash-flow management, intellectual property management, technology innovation, and business excellence. In collaboration with strategic institutional partners, SME Centre also facilitates the exchange of industry expertise.
SME Centre provides business advisory services on relevant government grants and schemes for companies in areas such as financial and legal management, business excellence, technology innovation and overseas expansion. By understanding the companies’ operations and plans, the Centre is able to identify relevant government grants for their consideration.
The PSF Chamber of Commerce and Services – Institute of Business is a subsidiary of SICCI. This division has been set up to assist companies and professionals enhance their capabilities through relevant seminars, courses and workshops, which are customized to their individual requirements. The programs are specifically focused on enabling participants’ to enhance their knowledge, expertise and competencies; to deepen their existing analytical skills and acquire valuable skill sets. The target participants for the programs are Professionals, Managers and Executives of various industry sectors.
Trade Match is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PSF Chamber of Commerce and Services. It specialise in linking PSF Chamber of Commerce and Services members and companies in Rwanda with suitable business partners, both locally and internationally. Its customized services are helpful and relevant to companies which seek new business ventures or are looking to expand into other emerging markets in the region and beyond.
Trade Match’s programs are designed for the business community to build collaboration and networks, facilitate learning and improve capacity to enhance business practices in Rwanda and around the region.
Trade Match also works towards attracting more investments into Rwanda. It identifies the latest opportunities that exist for overseas stakeholders and initiates communication channels and exchanges ideas with various associations, business centre and commercial attaches.
